This course will break down and explain what's in a stock trading system. We will look at system overview, entry, exits, portfolio money management and pyramiding. This course is evidenced based, so I have endeavored to support concepts with credible sources: text books, journal articles, normal books, studies and expert blogs. There is no computer programming in the course.We have put together six sections for you to complete. Section 1, gives a complete introduction to technical analysis, system development and trend following. Section 2, looks at direction of the stock market, setting goals and choosing a market. The system investigated is flexible across different stock exchanges from the NASDAC to Bombay Stock Exchange. Section 3, looks at filtering out bad markets and selecting stocks for a portfolio. Section 4, looks at when to sell a stock. Section 5 and 6, look at money management and increasing stock positions while minimizing risk. Students will also get a trading plan template to complete throughout the course. This will teach students how to record a stock trading system. You will Students will also get to put into practice what they learn with quizzes. If you get stuck on any of the concepts the instructor Nick Kenneth can answer them in the course.
