Innovation can create positive change if rightly done. The progressive world we live in, needs this continuous change. But how to do that? First the desire should be there. And if you landed on this page and you are looking for a course about innovation, that means you have the intention to be more innovative and I am happy for you. Each one of us can be innovative, this can be learned and if we understand the impact of innovation and its benefits, then we can achieve a lot. I created this course after doing a lot of research and trying myself to apply the practices given here. Many of the examples and ways on how to come up with new ideas, are based on Toyota's culture. Yes, there can be a culture of innovation and if constantly applied, its followers can become great innovators. Being innovative is not a one time task. Learning the skill of innovativeness, is for a lifetime use. After creating a mindset of seeing possibilities of progress in everything you do, you do it so well, that ideas flow and you don't have to struggle when required to bring a new idea. And this is what we will do in this course, learn how to create the mindset. First we will see what is and what is not innovation, then what do we require to be more innovative, what other qualities we have to work on. I will give you some practices and examples that you can use both at work and on a personal level. The course content gives you tools on how to be more creative and look for new ways of doing things. We will learn how to use emotions, visuals, how to use our limits to our benefit, how to be innovative using the resources at hand.Becoming more innovative is a process, and it all depends on you of how much effort and awareness you put into it.
