In this course we will explore Purpose Driven Leadership and identify best practices to cultivate this type of leadership. The course will share the fundamental principles of Purpose Driven Leadership and then transition to providing specific and actionable steps to consider how to best align your purpose, vision, and goals, with those of your organization. Purpose Driven Leaders are those who are driven by their values and who use their values and focus to guide and lead themselves and their teams to great achievements, and thus the first step is to identify our values and consider ways to use them to enhance our own leadership.The course begins by sharing the basics of Purpose Driven Leadership, exploring important dimensions of leadership success such as resilience, confidence, and communication, and then introduces guided exercises that will help you to identify your purpose and create a realistic and practical plan to use it to lead yourself and your team to success. The worksheets shared in the modules are ones that I use with clients at different levels of organizations to create action plans for themselves and their teams, worksheet and activities that will help you to become your strongest self. You will explore best practices to understand and work towards the mission of the organization, identify your own purpose, and consider ways that your purpose fits into the goals and mission of your organization.
