The Strategic Leadership Training course provides the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for full participation in strategic-level decision processes. The course is designed around three themes: business acumen, strategy formulation, and applying strategic concepts. It may be taken either as a stand-alone program or as part of an Advanced Strategic Decision Making certificate program.The core responsibility of a Strategic Leader is to influence others towards an agreed vision and its successful implementation.
