L4M3 Commercial Contracting is a module of the CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply, on completion of the module learners will be able to describe the key elements and legal aspects of formal commercial contracts and analyse and interpret the fundamentals of specifications and key performance indicators that are included in contractual arrangements made with suppliers. Key clauses that are included in formal contractsCIPS Diploma L4M3 Commercial Contracting: Practice Questions are created by Craig Nicolson, a Senior Tutor from a CIPS approved study centre (everywheresupplychain.com). Craig has been teaching CIPS to procurement professionals for more than eight years. He currently works in industry alongside teaching CIPS with everywheresupplychain.com.L4M3 is an OR (objective response exam) so is multiple choice. Included with this short course are 52 multiple choice practice questions covering each learning outcome of the module, all questions are provided with an explanation of the correct answer.
