Martial Arts is a wonderful tool to develop the entire person. Karate instills a sense of confidence, builds self-discipline and increases physical fitness. If you are looking for a way to add more physical activity to your child's life, complete a P.E. credit or just have a fun family activity, this course meets all those needs. Each belt is 12 classes with an additional review class. Within the classes students will grow physically and mentally while developing character. If the Classes are completed each week, along with 4 review classes, you will have met most states P.E. requirements.
