The more you prepare, the better you become!Udemy doesn't let me post more than 6 practice tests so I had to squeeze more than 40 questions in each set. The real life exam will contain 40 questions only and it will be more limited timewise.If you are new to ITIL, you will be required to pass the Foundation exam before moving forward to the upper levels. The ITIL 4 Foundation course contains information on guiding principles, practices, etc. but not all of that information is evaluated. This set of questions focuses only on what is evaluated in the exam and does NOT give you the full picture of what ITIL4 has to offer in general. For example, you will only need to recall the purpose and definition of the 'information security management' practice. Based on publicly available information, the exam will not include questions related to the processes and procedures required to support it.There is no pre-requisite for sitting the ITIL 4 Foundation exam, however it does help it you have worked in IT Service Management simply because some information will be easier to grasp and not seem so theoretical. If not, don't worry but make sure you study harder. Now go get that certification!
