IT/ ERP BUSINESS ANALYSIS beginners to Advance course. The aim of this course is to give participants the basic and wroking knowledge required to understand IT/ERP/SAP Project management from beginning to the end of the journey. Learners will be introduced to the agile project management tools available in SAP, understand the Agile Project management methodology, SAP Activate methodology. Learn about the processes and systems required for implementing IT/ERP/SAP projects like readiness check, business process mapping, Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, Solution Manager, test management, data migration tools and business analysis core concepts. Participants will learn the golden rules to implementing IT/ERP/SAP rpojects and how to practically apply these concepts and tools to manageIT/ERP/SAP or other ERP projects. Participants will also be engaged in hands-on project experience.
