RATIONALEIt is important to understand human behaviour not only from the perspective of a worker interacting with an organization but from the individual perspective as well. A comprehensive introduction to psychology will equip students with the basic tools needed to understand and appropriately respond to human behaviour.COURSE DESCRIPTIONThis introductory course in psychology is designed to give students a basic understanding of human behaviour. Students will learn the major psychological theories that will allow them to explain and predict human behaviour.
