This course is geared towards anyone interested in learning how to work as a UI/UX/ Product Designer in the drone industry. Transitioning into a new industry can be stressful, the goal of this course is to support designers interested in working in the drone industry- whether you know where to start or not. This e-course covers everything you need to know to feel confident in creating portfolio pieces and applying for jobs at drone companies.What You'll LearnA strong foundation understanding the drone industry.Breakdown of different types of drones, how they are controlled, and common terminology.UI standards for drone operations.UX standards for drone use cases.Overview of the FAA's Part 107 License.Learn how to design for autonomous products that face public acceptance and criticism.I transitioned from being a developer for 8+ years in the video game industry to working in UI/UX Design for drone products.
