This course will introduce you to the intentional torts. At the end of the course you will be able to describe the six intentional torts that most law students cover during the first few weeks of law school. In addition, you will also be able to identify the affirmative defenses that defendants can use to avoid liability. Because I've taught this material to law students for two decades, you will learn the intentional torts from an experienced and effective instructor.
