Relationship and Sexuality is a 6 week course designed for people seeking to create a love that feels calm, a love that feels safe and secure and deeply connected. We were never taught how to be in relationship with another, how our past relationships, our beliefs, patterns and perception of the love, men, women, sex, communication all play a huge role in what kind of partner we are in relationship. and yet, we are all trying to find and build a loving relationship with an intimate partner. Although the divorce rate is only increasing showing our unsatisfied people are in relationship with another. So how do we make this work? A life time commitment with another person is no walk in the park. It is not the Hollywood love story of "Happily Ever After". It requires a lot of work, deep inner work by both people. To have a sustaining relationship it does require us to let go of our egos need to be right, and learn how to listen, how to respond with love, and how to keep the love flowing continuously with our partners. Each week will have a different focusWeek 1: We will learn how to have a relationship with ourselves. As the greatest relationship we will ever have will be the one we have with our own self. It is important to Know Thyself on a deeper level, this, then makes relating to others much easier and less triggering.Week 2: Is dedicated to sex education focused on women Week 3: Is dedicated to sex education focused on MenWeek 4: Relationship and how do we building a lasting relationship.Week 5: We look at different relationship rituals and practices to create more connectionWeek 6: We take a deeper look at Sexuality
