This course is intended to provide an overview of the U and T visas. During this course, you will gain the knowledge and skill to file either a U or T visa petition.This is a relatively simple process. Bear in mind not all cases are the same. If you have a situation where you are the victim of a serious crime or the victim of severe human trafficking, you and your family members may be eligible for immigration benefits.This course may save you thousands of dollars in fees to an immigration attorney for filing these petitions.By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of the U and T visas and whether you qualify to file either of these visa petitions.
