Seven week scientifically based course to manage IBS anxiety, pain, constipation, diarrhea. Are you experiencing distressing IBS symptoms? This Seven Seven Program for IBS aims to help you manage your symptoms better, feel calmer, and also reduces your anxiety about everyday life. For seven weeks every day you will listen to the same relaxation audio in the morning to help you heal your IBS at the subconcious level.Gut Directed Hypnosis and relaxation gently addresses the communication that occurs between the mind and the digestive system. Often in IBS it is seen that the mind becomes overly sensitive to very small changes in the gut. In addition in IBS, the bowels can also become reactive to anxiety or stress experienced in the mind. This course lasts seven weeks because the process of calming the brain-gut communication occurs gradually and will take time. You will need strong commitment, patience, and determination to complete the course and experience the full results. Once you complete the course your subconcious mind will have reset and your bowel movements will then become normal and you will be free from pain. However in a very few patients it is seen that even after hypnosis they continue to suffer from symptoms. But this percentage of patients who are non-responders to hypnotherapy is very low and the chances that you will have a successful outcome are more. So, this course is for you if you are suffering from IBS and want to treat it based on current medical evidence.
