Agile project management becomes more and more important, but after the initial hype, its weaknesses and downsides become more obvious. Companies have started to realize that it's not "the holy grail", that solves all project management related challenges and they're looking for individual solutions for their particular projects.Companies and project managers are looking for a better integration of agile techniques into standardized company processes, like formal project approvals, or resource and portfolio planning.
