Inside this course, I show you how to set up your account with the Secretary of State. The filing fees, create the body of the LLC, explain what Manager/Members are, what an Agent for Service is, as well as what an Operating Agreement is and what an EIN number is for and used for. I have also created a checklist for you that you can download and save to get you started. Therefore, when you sit down to create your new LLC, you will have all the information in front of you so it will be a breeze.
