This course teaches you exactly what the higher self is, how we block our connection to it and then how to connect to the higher self without the need for meditation. I break everything down so that you know with whom you are dealing - a collective of beings here to help and guide us, that we all have access to. I learned all this information while studying QHHT and BQH modalities which involve a Past Life Regression element along with Higher Self connection. I created this course because I had difficulty connecting to my own Higher Self during sessions on me and that's why I wanted to help others with the insight I gained. This course focuses on what the Higher Self is and how we block it inadvertently. I talk about how to connect to it easily and directly too without the need for meditation - although if you wish to try meditation as well, please do so. Anything that can help you relax and connect is indeed welcome! I have not included a meditation in this course because there are already so many amazing ones out there you can try. I just wanted to focus on How you Block your Higher Self Connection and how to connect easily and directly.
