What is the aim of this course?The aim of this course is to teach you all the best practices behind being a top performing CEO or entrepreneur. My goal is to transform you from being someone who is interested, inexperienced, or just starting out in business, into becoming a top performing business professional. In this course I cover everything from what problems to look for, how to measure it, and which levers to pull in order to solve them. Presently, my company has over 40 employees and generates over $17,000,000 in annual sales and I'm on a ruthless mission to grow it to a billion dollar valuation before I reach the age of 40.
