This course can help you to facilitate your work in the transcription field. It is done especially for beginners and English non-native speakers who want to start their transcription work, or have already become transcriptionists but faces a lot of challenges during their career. The instructor of this course is an English non-native speaker himself. He eventually became a good transcriptionist after struggling several months before being accepted by the first transcription company and even during his career. And now, he want to share his expertise of how he manage to succeed in the transcription field. After the introduction, the course in divided into three sections. In the first section you will learn how to prepare yourself for the transcription work, and what are the ways and the best websites -from the opinion of the instructor- that you can use for that. The second section is about the best transcription helping tools that you can use to facilitate your transcription work. You will learn how to improve the audio quality of the audio or video files that you want to transcribe, how to remove background noise or boost the audio volume, how to correct your grammatical or spelling mistakes during transcription, how to search in the Internet for hard spelling words or for nouns of places...etc. Finally, the last section is a demonstration of how transcription is done, where the instructor will give you some tips that you can use to facilitate your work.
