The importance of business communication also lies in presenting options/new business ideas, making plans and proposals, execute decisions, reacting agreements, sending and fulfilling others, successful selling and effective meetings etc. All organized activity in a company relies on the process of business communication with vendors. And once communication become unclear, the company's core system risk falling apart. Data shows that 60% of internal communication professionals do not measure internal communications. Potential reasons include not knowing where to start, the next steps, or how to calculate return on investment.There are a lot of additives that make communication complete and have good meaning to both listeners and communicators.
