Divorce is a sacred initiation from breakdown to breakthrough. It's the birthplace of the most powerful version of you. This 90-day program is designed for women who want sisterhood, support, and guidance while navigating divorce. We've been there and understand exactly what you're going through. This course includes 9 modules with videos, practices and worksheets designed to walk you step-by-step from the darkness into the light.Module 1 has everything you need to build a solid foundation of internal resources to support your healing process. We guide you through visualizations to create inner safety and connect with your inner guide. We help you anchor to your hope for the future and walk you through the grieving process. We dismantle limiting beliefs, shame, guilt and pain. Most importantly we teach you how to access your body wisdom and intuition.Module 2 In Module 2 we give you a DIY template to personalize your own self care plan. We give you access to all the resources that helped us the most. We basically offer you all the ingredients to create the recipe that satisfies your desire. We guide you through assembling your healing team and surround yourself with relationships that nurture your growth.Module 3 is about activating your creative prowess to write your own story. We give you writing prompts and a self portrait photography tutorial to document your starting point on the healing journey, beginning to rewrite the story from victim to heroine.Module 4 is a deep dive into sacred rituals that will help you release the past, reclaim yourself and manifest your deepest desires. Alchemizing your breakdown to your breakthrough and learning how to trust yourself on a bone deep level.Module 5 is where the seed cracks open and your new self begins to emerge. You will learn, express, explore and play, discovering what lights you up and activates your full aliveness. We will teach you simple embodiment and creative practices including self pleasure for deep healing and manifestation.Module 6 walks you through repairing your broken heart through relationships that are safe, authentic and life-giving. We will lean into the power of our sisterhood to access a community of unconditional love, support and championing that is CRUCIAL to achieving real healing. We will open up space for new romantic love breaking the old unhealthy patterns and creating new ones that foster genuine lasting intimacy.Module 7 Now that you are anchored in your new identity and connected with your passion, module 7 gives you an easy template to become the architect of your new life. You will create a custom plan for building your new home, family, community, career and lifestyle.Module 8 is the super bloom after the rain. We will show you a step by step process to craft your story including a final self portrait that shows your transformation. You will walk away with a beautiful work of art that documents your rebirth. Don't worry if you don't consider yourself an artist, we will walk you step by step through the process.Module 9 is a massive celebration. We will give you the space to share your story with your community, step into service to give back to others and fully claim your new authentic self.
