This course teaches you exactly what the higher self is, how you are ALWAYS connected to it and then how to connect to the higher self without the need for meditation. I break everything down so that you know with whom you are dealing - a collective of beings here to help and guide us, that we all have access to. I learned all this information while studying QHHT and BQH modalities which involve a Past Life Regression element along with Higher Self connection. I created this course because I had difficulty connecting to my own Higher Self during sessions on me and that's why I wanted to help others with the insight I gained. This course focuses on how to connect to the Higher Self easily and directly without the need for meditation - although if you wish to try meditation as well, please do so. Anything that can help you relax and connect is indeed welcome! I have not included a meditation in this course because there are already so many amazing ones out there you can try. I just wanted to focus on how to create a deep and direct Higher Self Connection and then how to identify and know for sure that it really was your Higher Self you were speaking to - the last module will help to alleviate any doubts you had/have. I hope you enjoy the course and that it is helpful to you communicating with your Higher Self in the future for the greatest good of all.
