This course is the popular Healthy Chats for Girls seminar that was created by Dr. de Freitas and has been used extensively for the past 25 years. Mothers and daughters (ages 9 - 12), Girl Scouts troops, fifth grade health classes have all benefited from this concise, informative seminar that has been polished and updated over the years. In this course you will have an opportunity to review what is age-appropriate information when it comes to this age group.
