There are grounding methods and methods to understand your inner child and the emotions that will come up when healing. The information provided is to help the individual gain awareness of their self. The course is set up to scaffold upon the information given and to allow the individual different ways to express their connection to their inner child all while working on the healing journey. During this course one will be able to meet their inner child in an imaginative setting and begin to play again.
