Through this course, I have helped thousands of people shift from depression, stress, anxiety, and doubt to peace, happiness, and motivation. This course does not only teach information. It is an experience. Like learning to be a strong fighter from your experience in the dojo practicing Karate, this course puts you in the dojo of the mind and teaches you the spirit of how to overcome negativity, dark thoughts, and disturbing emotions through practical and eternal views of gratitude. When you have gratitude, that's when your heart opens. If you don't have gratitude, that's where the heart hardens. So we practice gratitude. And the great thing is that you can be grateful for everything. So, like, gratitude is the correct acknowledgment that everything in your life is a gift from the universe, from God. Your job, your car, your apartment, and your house are gifts from the divine. And then you might say, "Well I had to pay for those gifts!" Consider that the money you got was a gift from the divine! "But I had to work for that money!" Consider that your job was a gift from the divine! It is called the problem-seeking mind. Even if you have wonderful things, after a while, you'll start to see problems with them. Even someone living in Beverly Hills, with a beautiful house, tons of money, and the perfect family will bemoan what they lack and find scarcity in what they have.Anywhere, anytime. Rich or poor, beautiful or ugly, people complain about everything being difficult, everything lacking. This is a low routine of consciousness. But it's easy to follow a new way. It's easy to elevate yourself into a brighter routine of mind and spirit.Just change your perspective. You can do this now. Simply look at life as a miracle and everything that you have as a gift. Then suddenly life is very beautiful, you are lacking nothing, and are graced by the universe. So look at life outside of the lower routine; not just everything is; I want it or I don't like it. Understand that desire, aversion, and attachment are trouble. Then life's a miracle, filled with abundance. What we do is we say everything is a gift, even if it's not what we want. It's like when you're a kid under the Christmas tree and you're like, "Oh yeah, grandma got me a gift!" And you open it and it's a pair of socks and you wanted the next video game, but you get socks. What you should do is see the socks in a new way. Be grateful for the socks. See them as something you need. See your socks as a miracle. So we really want to look at our lives in terms of the miraculousness of it and be grateful for everything, and every little thing. And why not? Because if you look at everything in a routine manner, you just reduce everything to the size of a leprechaun. But if you look at things in the bigger reality, you say, wow, it's amazing. Be grateful, so grateful for everything in your life. When you're grateful you're acknowledging the wonder of life, the magic of life. When you're grateful, you're like, "Oh, everything that comes is a gift from God, the universe, the divine". This example gives you an idea of how accessible the course is. It is through many understandings like this that through this course you shift to a completely new mindset, a mindset of positivity and purpose.
