Create a Google account before you start using Google Classroom, you need to make sure that you have a Google account. Visiting accounts, google will take you to the place to create an account. Having a Google account will also be beneficial because it will give you access to all Google products, which can all be beneficial for learning in some way. Also make sure that all of your students have Google accounts for school purposes. Otherwise, they cannot see or participate in classes you set up. Keep in mind that if you are using Google Classroom at an actual school with students, you will need to sign for G Suite for Education.
