Managing our time and the multiple activities of our role is not always so easy, but with the right mindset and appropriate behaviors you could have some advantages. Learn in a simple way the information that allows you to understand how your brain works, how it manages energy, to have adequate behaviors that support it in the best way. Be aware that we do not have infinite energy, that wanting it is not enough to be able to continue with a job, even when we are tired. Our brain, our body has energy cycles: by knowing them, you can use them in the best way. Some of the activities we carry out are more important than others, require more energy and must be carried out consciously, compared to others which, due to strong repetition, or ease for our brain, can be done almost automatically. Think about when you learned to drive: now you can do it by speaking calmly on the phone. Emergencies are not always truly emergency: giving the right weight to unexpected events improves our quality of life, without being at the mercy of events. Of course, they must be managed, without thereby weakening the other activities. In your job role there are strategic activities that must be protected, preserved, compared to others that are necessary and must be done, but with lower priority. Not taking care of your time has consequences, both in work results and on the quality of our personal life.
