Gouache paint is a water based medium consisting of natural pigment and water. It is designed to be opaque.Gouache is similar to watercolour in that it can be re-wetted and dried to a matte finish, and the paint can become infused into its paper. It is similar to acrylic or oil paints in that it is normally used in an opaque painting style and it can form a superficial layer.In this class we will be using this medium and creating two spectacular galaxies. As we all know galaxy painting's are complex so much that one can't help but marvel at the wonders that lie outside our planet. Recreating such a mesmerising mixture of colours seems to be a difficult task especially with gouache.So here I am, to make this topic (galaxy painting) as easy as possible.What you will learn?You will be going through this class with two different techniques.
