This course will bring you on a fun, engaging and rewarding language learning journey towards fluency in the Irish language. Starting with the basics needed for meaningful communication and socialising, we move through various conversational topics. We cover the tenses, Past, Present and Future. We will also naturally incorporate other grammar concepts into the lessons. You will learn Irish much in the same way as you learned your native tongue; by repetition and positive reinforcement in meaningful contexts. This is a self-paced course; you can engage as much or as little as you wish with the grammar side of things. This course is suitable for complete beginners, those who feel that they have lost the Irish they had at school or those who may have had an unsatisfactory experience in the school system.
