We will talk about the Basics of General Physiology, Fundamentals of Training Science, and Concepts of Functional Exercise. In order to write an effective exercise, we base it on systematic thinking without memorization. Therefore, we will talk about the adaptation and main responses that occur with the moment we start exercising. Our goal is to analyze the complex structure from a simple point of view. In this context, we will talk about physiological adaptations and responses to exercise, muscular adaptations, and the concept of hypertrophy, which is one of the most important topics. We will understand the basis of neurological cardiorespiratory and connective tissue adaptations and endocrine system adaptations and responses. We will talk about Energy systems and training, which is the main goal of exercise. To understand the Basics of Training Science; We will look at the types of muscle contraction and we will talk about which type of contraction and which type of exercises should be included more. We will learn what we should do for correct training with the principles and 3 basic laws of strength training. We will talk about determining the character of training with the concepts of Volume, Intensity and Intensity, and how we can create an exercise with anatomical planes. We will touch on the Classification of Strength and find out how many repetitions and how many sets the work is aimed at. We will talk about the main strength training methods and which class of strength these methods target more effectively. What is the concept of functional exercise, which is one of the popular topics?
