Welcome! I have been working hard to create a comprehensive double hoop course that will provide you with all of the fundamental skills that you will need to create magic with your hoops. One of my goals in creating this course was to teach proper technique so that you will be equipped to learn and create anything you want to with double hoops. It is important to review this Fundamentals of Double Hoop Tech Course before diving into my Wall Plane/ VTG Courses. This course will teach you pre-requisites and vocabulary necessary for putting together Wall Plane Patterns with 2 hoops. You will also learn some drills and tricks that will help you execute the fundamentals cleanly and with ease. This course will cover how to pick out double hoops, grip changes, different types of isolations, extensions, antispins, inspins, weaves, reels, and much much more!Some people may think it's okay to "skip over" this course if they have already played with two hoops, but I do recommend that you access this course and reference it in conjunction with my other courses. This course will dive into all of these concepts on a deeper level than you may be aware of, and it may help you better understand what you have already learned and clear up any confusion you may have.
