If you've wanted to try sound healing but didn't know where to start, Foundations of Sound Healing is for you. In this information-packed, yet easy-going sound healing course, you will learn all about sound healing. From Tibetan singing bowls to tuning forks to gongs to using your voice, we cover the major methods of sound healing in a friendly and accessible manner. While this class is designed for beginners, we hope that others with some experience in sound healing may learn something new. This course is both for people who want to use sound healing on themselves as well as others, with a focus on personal practice. While we don't get too much into working with clients here, you will learn theory and techniques that can help you get started with clients right away. (We are working on an intermediate/advanced course that will talk a lot more about working professionally with sound healing clients. This class will be a recommended prerequisite.)EXTRA!
