This course shares skills and concepts from many different parenting classes I have taken and taught over the years. I have picked the best practices and combined them into this course and added a few personal and practical tips from my own personal experience of raising my five children and through teaching children in the public school setting as well as volunteering for more than 30 years. Families are the stability of our world and truly our future. We belong to our family and it is to be the safe place for us and each individual within. This course discusses the basics of belonging, how to recognize the importance of our basic needs being met so we can function within our family and in society. There are many skills (easy to learn) necessary to have us functioning at our best and instilling the same in our children and others in our home.
