Welcome to the "Introduction to Electronic Wind Instruments" course! If you're new to electronic wind instruments, or you've been struggling to get the hang of your EWI, then this course is for you. My name is Evan Tate, and I'm a professional saxophonist and woodwind instructor with over 30 years of experience on the stage and in the studio. I'm also the author of several music books, including "The Book of EWI".When I first purchased an EWI, I had trouble adjusting to it and getting the sounds and notes I wanted. I searched for resources online, including YouTube videos and other players, but I couldn't find any books or videos that addressed the challenges I was facing.
