What is the aim of this course?During many consulting projects, you will have to map business processes. This will help you improve or change the existing processes. There are many ways in which you can do that. Not all of them will be understood by the customer, who will be using the processes in practice. Therefore, I will teach how to map business processes in practice using different methods.
