This course will provide you with the foundational tools to start utilizing Energy Healing for both yourself and others. You will learn how you can begin to use Energy Healing techniques to work with both the physical and emotional body. As well, you will learn how to work with suppressed emotions in the body that occurred in this lifetime, that were passed down through ancestral trauma or emotions that were carried over from past lives.This course also contains powerful activations and quantum healings from myself. In these activations you will connect with Gaia and Ascended Master Mother Mary to help assist in healing suppressed emotions. As well, there are additional quantum healings provided to help clear energetic blocks and connect you with your future self.This course has been designed for individuals of all levels of prior experience. It is perfect for those with an interest in spirituality and connecting to a power outside of them to begin to heal deep wounds within themselves.This course is divided into 8 main sections:We start with a layout of the course and an introduction into me and the different ways that Energy Healing has transformed my lifeNext we learn about energy and the quantum realm. We will discuss how Energy Healing works both in person but also over a distanceFollowing we discuss the importance of grounding, shielding, creating parameters and disconnecting from others when healing them.
