My guide talks through me and I record the sessions. There are new concepts in this that I had not explored and so I know that this is not my wisdom. Most of it makes immediate sense, as if I already knew this and it is so obvious. But other things they say I have to go away and think about for a while, but then I realise I can apply these ideas to so many things and they align. These are the energy channels. There are more channels and wisdom coming in the Love series that will follow this Energy series.Energy is Everything. When we learn this, we can start to understand that we are energy, our bodies, our minds, our beliefs, our emotions, our past, our future. And we can change any of these by changing the energy.We are Creators. We manifest from our energy, our beliefs, our thoughts. If we are chaotic, blocked or toxic energy, that is what we manifest. If we are in flow, then we can manifest love, joy and abundance. Clearing and healing our energy brings us back into flow.The Universe is our friend. We live in fear, and yet there is a much bigger picture. Our creators want the best for us. They do not want us to live in fear and suffering. We create this for ourselves as humans. We can just as easily create a world of love, joy and abundance.
