Rituals are a part of Indian culture, we perform rituals every day at home, for banishing evil eye, for protection, for cleansing and purification, and much more. A very common issue with magick spells is the unavailability of the herbs and other ingredients used, hence I have used easily available products, which you can order online at any supermarket.Before you start doing any spiritual rituals, a higher level of concentration and focus is required. One can achieve this level through meditation. Hence I begin the classes with meditation, which can be practiced using some very easy tips. Once you incorporate meditation into your lifestyle, the rituals will bring positive results. Another very important thing to remember when you start doing these rituals is to keep away from toxins. If you are not properly cleansed inside and outside, you will not be able to concentrate on the rituals.
