What if you had the power to gently contact those places that were crunching that emotion by touching and connecting with them? How do you really feel about it and what are you going to do about it? Welcome to a brand new world of self-care. I am an Osteopathic Innovator and Teacher leading the way to the healthcare of the future. These are techniques I have evolved over a career of intense learning and practice. My goal has always been to distill complex concepts into easy, relatable tools that anyone can apply for the purpose of improving lives.Osteopathy is a manual therapy modality that recognizes the self-correcting ability of the body. It facilities permanent change by gently supporting the body's natural healing capacity. It sees the body as a nervous system interacting with its environment. It's survival is its adaptability. It's ability to learn and grow.I have always been fascinated in learning how to feel my feelings. I really feel I have achieved something and I want to share it. In this course I am teaching you how to apply manual therapy techniques to brain and emotions. You will feel what is going on under your awareness of self, and how the pieces that patch together your experiences are held together.
