The main purpose of this course is to make your mind free from all negative vibes, depression ,arrogance, hatred and the burden of your failures. Our mind is capable to produce all sorts of emotions with the help of regulation of certain hormones such as adrenaline and many more. when we are depressed these hormones are over regulated in our body. I have faced through many situations in my life and career. There are low phases in everyone's life however i have successfully tackled them with certain easy techniques which proved to be a boon in y life.
