These practice exams are intended to help students to pass the Cyber Secure Coder (CSC-210) exam and achieve DoD 8140 intermediate and advanced level requirements.Through taking these practice exams, students will gain an in-depth understanding of secure software practices and how to best ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. These practice exams are intended to help software developers, testers, architects, and analysts to prepare for the CSC-210 exam. The CSC-210 exam is 80 questions and has a passing score of 60%. Students who wish to take the CSC-210 exam will have 120 minutes to complete the exam. The questions in this course are made to mirror those found in the CSC-210 exam, but they are not exactly the same, nor are they official questions produced by CertNexus. This exam is split into 5 different sections, as follows:Common Secure Application Development Terminology and Concepts - 15%Job and Process Responsibilities Related to Secure Application Development - 15%Architecture and Design - 18%Risk Assessment and Management - 17%Application Implementation - 35%The practice exams included in this course will attempt to match this breakdown. For this reason, most of the questions will be from section 5.0 - Application Implementation. Students may wish to prioritize sections that encompass more of the exam. Questions in this course will directly cite which domain the problem falls under. This can be used to help students more efficiently read through official material to help them brush up on weak points that are identified in this course.
