"Culture-Driven Screening and Onboarding" is Module 2 of the Scaling Culture Masterclass that consists of 8 Modules. As leaders, it's our job to screen candidates properly for value alignment. A bad hire doesn't just affect your customers-the damage is tenfold on your internal team. We have to protect our stakeholders: the company, the team, as well as the customers.
