Practice one at the time, keep practicing every day. First on yourself and then on others. You can also serve Planet and humanity Ascend and develop spiritually! Techniques on this course are complex and do not try to figure it out. Just meditate and keep practicing regularly and constantly. Results are coming soon and your consciousness Will expand. This is what students have to say for this course!Ok, so this is getting really insane.This is another course by Marko that I've taken since the first one swallowed me whole, and now I can't even tell which one I should credit for what has happened. I was suffering from severe pain in my head - not just a migraine, but something more serious.On the third day of following Marko's lessons and practicing what he teaches, I suddenly felt immediate relief. Not only is the pain completely gone now, but it has also been replaced by a nice, soothing, and spacious feeling in that area.
