Have you already bought root cause analysis courses expecting to help you to get a better performance at your job, but everything your learnt was to apply ready-to-use quality tools? Then, after learning the tools, you tried to implement this knowledge, but problem solving processes did not seem to be easier after all.Please don't get me wrong. Quality tools are great for organizing your thought and the information you gathered, in order to identify the cause and solve the issue.But.Why is there no one talking about the emotional intelligence necessary to live in this constant problem appearing environment?
