Afro dance is known as a type of dance with strong energy and vitality. This type of dance is recognised for its physical, mental and emotional benefit. In this first course of Creating the Afro dance body we will learn how to build up an Afro dance body starting from torso and legs warm up, concentration facial expressions and a combination of all above:)The body of an African dancer is seeing special in the way than when the African dancer performs it looks more natural and in connection to nature that any non-African because they harbour specific internal emotion, facial expressions and special body stands, which combined make a dance beautiful.If you have completed our Beginner 1, WELCOME BACK AFRO DANCER, we loved having you on Beginner 1 and we feel so lucky to see you again. During this course, BEGINNER 2 you will have a better understanding on African Beats and Tempo and guess what, we will get to try a choreo. We are so excited to have you! You do not need to be a dancer to learn with us. We had prepare different levels for this course, starting with Beginner 1, now Beginner 2 and soon enough you will be an Afro Dance Master. This course is meant for anyone who wishes to have a better understanding of African drums, beats and tempo. Feel free and join us to have a more clear feeling of African beats.
