This course takes you through all the steps of working in the art department on any professional film in a step by step easy to follow guide. Every section is covered using visual examples of actual jobs created from the initial script breakdowns to budgeting and scheduling for the crew. Detailed designs are analysed showing images from inception through to filming in useful but informative presentations. See how scripts are broken down and learn professional budgets stage by stage using the individual modules. Special extended sessions cover everything from prop sourcing and handling, set-building in studios, location filming, model-making and even designing using perspective to achieve distance.
