I've started a lot of businesses in my career. I've also bombed a lot of businesses. Over the years I've created a process to vet ideas before starting them. This means that I waste less time on bad ideas and I'm more confident with the good ones. I'm sharing this process with you in the form of a short course.This course is designed for when you have a business idea, but you're not sure whether to pursue it or not. These 5 modules will guide you through:- Distilling the idea into a concept. (Get a clear picture of what you want to do)- A personal SWOT analysis. (See what skills you have and what skills you'll need to fill)- A quick and dirty cash flow forecast. (To work out whether or not it will make money)- A business SWOT. ( To take a look at the business from an internal and external perspective and identify any risks or opportunities)- A final review and KPI setting. (To map out next steps and keep you accountable) You can run through this course with as many ideas as you like and as many times as you like.
