In this video course, all the confusions in the naming and classification of foundations in construction and civil engineering was address, and clarified. Foundations such as strip footing foundation, spread footing foundation, isolated footing foundation, pad footing foundation, combined footing foundation, strap footing foundation, grillage foundation, mat foundation, raft foundation, pile foundation, pier foundation, caisson foundation, cofferdam, deep foundation and shallow foundation. It is important to mention here that there are only two types of foundation, which are shallow foundations, and deep foundations.In addition, spread footing is the same as spread footing foundation, for example, and spread footing is the same thing as isolated footing and pad footing, or isolated footing foundation and pad footing foundation. The video is divided in sections for easy understanding and navigation. By the end of this video course, you should be able to apply the knowledge to your home structures, exams and construction business.
