Yoruba is a wonderful tribe, with beautiful and rich cultural heritage. Folklore (translated to "Alo" in Yoruba Language) is a memorable, interesting and unique stories which aged and elderly people use to enlighten and disseminate knowledge to younger ones.There are two (2) major types of Folklores in Yoruba Land, namely:(a) Descriptive Folklore (Alo Apamo)(b) Narrative Folklore (Alo Apagbe)Narrative Folklore is the most interesting out of the two above.
