The use of bioinformatics and computational biology to study gene cloning has been an auxiliary method used to help implement the DNA cloning in the lab, it facilitates the tools needed to conduct the process efficiently and accurately.the course provides easily handled and non-time consuming software, it gives you the privilege to dive into the deeps of DNA cloning details, cloning vectors are the key elements for the success of the DNA cloning process as it carries the gene of interest and transfer it to the site of importance. So, in order to conduct the process you have to get the knowledge of the locations of restriction sites and restriction enzymes focusing on the certain locations for the purpose of testing the success of the insertion into the cloning vector.
